Privacy Policy

Who we are

Euclase is a desktop application for generating images and video, made by Nia Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). It runs models on your own computer or on cloud services you connect. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Euclase app, the euclase.ai website and the services behind them, and what we do with it. Questions or requests go to [email protected].

Information we collect

  • Account details. Your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your profile picture link and your Google account ID (see “Google user data” below). You can change your name on your account page.
  • Sign-in records. When you sign in, we keep a session with the IP address and browser or app details (user agent) it came from. Email sign-in codes are stored only in hashed form and expire after five minutes.
  • License and devices. Your license and, for each computer you activate, a device fingerprint (a one-way hash of identifiers from that computer, so we never see the identifiers themselves), the computer’s name, its operating system, and when it was activated and last checked its license.
  • Remote access. If you connect your devices to each other, each device’s public key and display name. The connections themselves are end-to-end encrypted between your devices; we do not see them.
  • Cloud workspaces. If you run a managed workspace on RunPod, its RunPod identifiers and region, a hashed form of your RunPod account ID, and status records the app reports about it. So that a workspace can be shut down on schedule even when your computer is off, the app also sends us your RunPod API key, encrypted; we delete it once the workspace has been shut down.
  • Feedback and messages. Feedback you send from the app: what you write, the category you choose, an optional email address for our reply, and the app’s version and operating system. Messages you send through the website’s contact form: your name (optional), your email address and what you write. Both are delivered to us by email and not stored in our database.
  • Security and service logs. To prevent abuse we record IP addresses with the requests they make to sign-in endpoints, and our hosting provider keeps routine request logs.

The images, videos, prompts, projects and models you work with stay on your computer or with the cloud services you choose; they are not sent to us. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on the website or in the app.

When you use the app

  • License checks. Each time it starts, the app checks its license with our servers. If they cannot be reached, it checks the license offline.
  • Updates and catalogs. The app checks for updates when it starts (you can turn this off) and periodically downloads catalogs of available models from our servers. These requests do not identify you, but like any connection they reveal your IP address to our hosting provider.
  • Services you connect. When you use features built on other services, such as cloud GPUs (RunPod), hosted models (fal), model and software downloads (such as Hugging Face, GitHub and PyPI), asset libraries, or AI agents you have installed, the app talks to those services directly, under your own account where they need one. What you send them, and what they collect, is governed by their own privacy policies. API keys you add are stored encrypted on your computer and sent only to the service they belong to, except as described for cloud workspaces above.
  • Connecting your devices. To reach each other across networks, your devices may use public relay and discovery servers run by the maker of the connection software (iroh), which see your IP address but not your encrypted traffic.
  • Fonts. The app currently loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it does.

Google user data

When you choose “Continue with Google”, we ask Google only for the basic sign-in permissions (theopenid, email andprofile scopes). From these we receive your name, email address, whether Google has verified that email, your profile picture link and your Google account ID. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google service.

  • How we use it. Only to create your Euclase account, sign you in, show your name on your account, and contact you about your account or license.
  • How we store it. With your account in our database, hosted by Cloudflare, together with the sign-in tokens Google issues to complete the sign-in. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
  • How we share it. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers that host and operate Euclase on our behalf (listed below), or when required by law.
  • Your control. You can remove Euclase’s access at any time from your Google Account connections page, and ask us to delete the data we hold (see “Your choices and rights”).

Euclase’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

  • To create and secure your account and sign you in on the web and in the app.
  • To issue your license, activate it on your devices, and enforce the device limit.
  • To let you download the app, its updates and its model catalogs.
  • To pair your devices and to start, track and shut down the cloud workspaces you ask for.
  • To send the emails you need, such as sign-in codes, and to answer your feedback, messages and support requests.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep the service running.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers that run parts of Euclase for us, and only what each needs:

  • Cloudflare hosts the website, our servers, our database and the app downloads.
  • Google provides “Continue with Google” sign-in, if you use it.
  • Resend delivers our emails, such as sign-in codes, your feedback and your messages.
  • RunPod runs the cloud workspaces you start under your own RunPod account; we contact it with your key only to manage those workspaces.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect the rights and safety of our users or ourselves, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep you signed in, set by api.euclase.ai. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Retention

We keep your account, license and device records for as long as your account exists. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days without use; sign-in codes expire after five minutes. Your encrypted RunPod key is deleted once its workspace has shut down. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices and rights

You can see your account, license and devices on your account page, change your name there, and deactivate devices at any time. To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account and its data, email [email protected] from the address on your account. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to or restricting how we use your information, and complaining to your local data protection authority.

Security

All connections to Euclase are encrypted. Licenses are cryptographically signed, sign-in codes are hashed, and sensitive keys and tokens are encrypted at rest. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at [email protected] if you find a problem.

International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Children

Euclase is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
